It was pointed out to me that not all of the games that appear here actually belong to Nintendo, so I figured there were probably at least a few other people also wondering about it. So, I thought I should paste my reply here for everyone to read easily:
"It's true that not all of them are actually produced by Nintendo, there's also Rare and Capcom, like you pointed out. Really, I just picked games that I liked, and since they all appeared on Nintendo consoles I used that as the rationalization for putting them all together like this.
Originally, I was just going to call it the 'Gaming' days of Christmas, but then I think I should have included franchises from all consoles. "
But if it really bugs people, I don't mind changing it.

Those are some messed up presents.
I intended to have this completed before Christmas but I ran out of time, so I decided that so long as I finished it before the new year it would still count. I might go back and complete all the shading later but I'm pretty happy with it as it is and I just really desperately wanted it finished.

Now, about each panel:
12: Super Mario Land - Hey hey, it's Mario and Bowser!
11: Metroid: Prime - I adore this game! I just started playing it these holidays (yeah, I'm slow) and I haven't finished it yet so no spoilers!
10: Perfect Dark - That's the REAL Joanna Dark from the N64! I refuse to believe there are other games in this franchise.
9: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Yeah, talk about oldest joke in the universe, I know.
8: Animal Crossing - Ah Tom Nook, the pain you cause me.
7: Banjo Kazooie - This was one of my favourite games back on the N64. I used to think Kazooie was so cool.
6: Pokemon Diamond/Pearl - My POKEMANS!
5: Lylat Wars (title of the Australian release, I know it's different elsewhere) - I was never much good at this game. Then Starfox Adventures came out... Love that game.
4: Super Smash Bros: Melee - I had to include Marth in this one since my brother and I used to fight over which swordsman was better (Marth or Roy). XD
3: MarioKart: Double Dash - It's Luigi and Peach the dream team! There's is a forbidden love.
2: Resident Evil - So many impractical security measures in that mansion. Jill is definitely my favourite RE girl.
1: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - Those silly, silly skulltullas; What else can be said?
